Julia Bentley

Julia is a British and French actor, writer and producer. 

Graduate of East 15 Acting School, with a first class degree in BA Acting and Contemporary Theatre, whilst training she was recipient of the Tom Bennett Comedy Award in 2020 and was selected as one of the Sam Wanamaker Finalists for her course.

 

Recent credits include:

  • Silent Waiter in Lovie Winning online commercial for World Vision Charity

  • Nadia in short film ‘Grandfather’, performing alongside Don Warrington

  • Sophie in ‘In Veritas’ at Malvern Theatres and The Everyman Cheltenham 

  • Elinor in ‘Sense and Sensibility’ at Worcester Theatres and The Everyman Cheltenham

She is experienced in developing new contemporary theatre, and has worked as a collaborator in R&D on a variety of projects, most recently having worked on Madeline Shann’s ‘Police Vehicle’ at the Barbican Theatre and Yorkshire Dance. 

 

Julia also has a home studio set-up and is available for voice over work.
