In 2023, Jo was a jury member for the BAFTA Best Supporting TV Actress award, further cementing her position as an influential figure in the industry.

Jo’s directing credits include acclaimed productions such as Call the Midwife, Doctors, and the award-winning short film Echo. Her unique combination of creative vision and industry expertise ensures that Aston Management’s talent is not only represented but mentored with insight and foresight that few agencies can offer.

Guy Harvey: Film & TV

Guy brings a rare blend of artistic insight and industry knowledge to his role as a talent agent at Aston Management. Growing up in an artistic family in Leeds, Guy’s passion for creativity began with studying painting at the renowned Chelsea College of Art, a passion he continues to pursue alongside his work in talent management. His deep involvement in the Fine Arts—whether creating, fixing, or selling art—has given him a distinctive perspective that he describes as “the perfect counterbalance to the world of acting.”

Having worked closely with actors across stage and screen, and even spending seasons with Opera North in Yorkshire, Guy’s extensive exposure to the performing arts has nurtured a deep appreciation and understanding of the craft. With a family connection to the acting profession through his brother, Guy is intimately familiar with the dedication and sacrifices actors make to build their careers.

His unique blend of creativity and firsthand experience allows him to provide a compassionate, insightful approach to representation. Guy’s mission is to mirror the commitment of his clients, working tirelessly to ensure that every actor he represents has the opportunities and support needed to flourish in their careers.

Skye Fowler: Musical Theatre & young performers

With a wealth of experience both in front of the camera and behind the scenes, Skye is a distinguished talent agent specializing in Musical Theatre & Young Performers. Skye’s career began at a young age as a child model and actress, giving her invaluable firsthand knowledge of the industry from a performer’s perspective. Her deep connection to the performing arts was further nurtured when she joined the prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and Drama at just 19, booking numerous roles in Commercials, Stage, and Film throughout her acting career.

Skye’s passion for working with young talent blossomed when she founded and successfully ran a Performing Arts School, where she taught Singing, Dance, and Drama to children aged 3 to 18. This experience ignited her commitment to developing and nurturing young performers, giving her unique insight into guiding young talent on their career journeys.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Skye expanded her expertise in talent representation, immersing herself in the world of agenting and building a robust understanding of the industry. She has since become a dedicated talent agent, bringing her wealth of knowledge, passion for the craft, and keen understanding of the needs of child performers to Aston Management.

Skye’s ability to relate to young performers and her extensive industry experience make her a vital asset to our team. Her goal is to provide young performers with the opportunities, guidance, and support they need to succeed in the highly competitive world of Musical Theatre and beyond.
